The only way to verify that is to call Maytronics with the serial number of the cleaner. Their number is 888-365-7446. They are the only ones who can make sure you are getting the right power supply.

You would need to contact Maytronics directly to answer what the P/D on the label stands for as we do not have that information. The S/N or serial number is specific to the unit you have. The only information you would need to confirm before a purchase would be that the model numbers match.

LED 3 – The robot will automatically work every 3 days – 2 times a week. The reset is to remove any warning indicators.

Michael. If you have confirmed that the power supply is getting power but not coming on then it could be a fuse or a bad power supply. To locate the replacement you'll have to get the model number/name of the cleaner or the p/n off of the power supply. Replacing the power supply will be the least expensive way to go.

We just purchased a Dolphin pool cleaner Dyndamic CD 9995678 SN TB0216A91662. We had the dolphin cleaner before that had a bag to clean--this one has the filters. The new one doesn't clean the pool although it runs around it well. Is there a way to put a bag in the unit instead of the filters? Also--the top that spins is always caught up with leaves of something--how do we prevent that??

Our 9995678 power supply fell in the pool, unpowered at the time of submersion.
After letting it dry for a few days, we tried it with it connected to the in-pool Supreme M4 unit.
The power supply is undoubtedly fried.
Is there a way to verify that the Supreme M4 unit was not damaged when trying it out connected to the fried power supply?

My premier cleaner power supply 9995678 quit running. all lights on power supply work as usual. I am getting 27 vdc without cleaner plugged in. Drops to zero when plugged in. Pulled cord out of cleaner same thing. All connections are clean and in new condition. Does this mean power supply is out. Cleaner is not locked up rotates with no noise.

The power supply is not waterproof. So if it fell in the pool unfortunately I think you will need a new one. There are no replacement parts for the power supply.From The Maytronics website:The power supply is water resistant but not waterproof. Please cover the power supply if inclement weather approaches. Do not leave the power supply in standing water as this will damage the internal components. Do not allow the power supply to be submerged in the pool.

I've had a Dolphin for about 8 years now and am not aware of any way to reprogram the power supply. Maytronics might have an answer, but I have not heard of anyone doing this.
