The only way to verify that is to call Maytronics with the serial number of the cleaner. Their number is 888-365-7446. They are the only ones who can make sure you are getting the right power supply.

Does the basic power supply work in Europe, that is on 240 Volts? Thank you

Chris, This power supply is 120/130v. It will not work with 240v. We will need to know the part # on your power supply to see if we can special order one for you.

What is every thing is the same until I get down to P/D S/N
My P/D is 0511
My S/N is a bar code and a bunch of numbers

Hi Amy, The P/D and S/N will be different. As long as the Type, P.No., Input and output are the same it will work with your unit.

Pros: Very easy to use.
Cons: Unable to open, should any repairs be needed.
This power supply works very well with our Dolphin pool cleaner, but was necessary to replace when it accidentally fell into the pool FOR LESS THAN A SECOND. Clearly, water entered the product, but there is no way to open the box to try to dry it off so that it is again operable. Sadly, I assume this is intentional by the manufacturer, so that the consumer is forced to purchase a new power supply. This is extremely frustrating, given the fact that it would probably be easily fixed if I were able to open it and give it time to dry out.

Our old power supply had malfunctioned and we ordered this as a replacement. Within two minutes of opening the box, our new power supply was mounted to the dolly and our robot vacuum was powered on and cleaning the pool again!
