Does this part have the small o-ring installed in it ?

Hi Terry, no the o-ring is not included with this valve cap. The Small Anthony Valve Cap O-ring would be purchased seperately.

Where can I purchase the triangular gasket that goes below the valve cap?

Hi, Ed. There is not a triangular o-ring that goes under this cover. The O-ring is P/N 223 as shown on the Anthony Bronze Push Pull Valve Parts Diagram.

Does this come with the locking pin at the top of the rod? I guessing I would install the pin after inserting the rod into the plate.
