How big/deep In-Ground pool is supported by this model? My pool is about 8' deep on the deep end and about 36 feet long 16' wide, (rectangular) See picture. Is this an appropriate model for my pool?
Hi William, The E20 is good for pools up to 32' long. For a pool 36' long we would suggest the Maytronics Dolphin E30 Robotic Pool Cleaner

How heavy is it and how heavy is it when you pull it out of the pool

It ways 15lbs. I have one of these and it does fill up with water that spills out as you pull it out of the water. So I would say maybe another 10 lbs that drains out back down to 15lbs.

The only difference is the coloring. Besides that, it is the same cleaner. They have the same motor, filter, brush, and all other components.

Hello, I've seen videos on this cleaner that when it shuts off, it floats to top of pool. Others state you have to pull it by it's cord,which we have always been told not to do,causes cord damage? My question is does it float when cleaning cycle is complete. Thank You!

Hello Rick. Attached please find the User Manual for the Maytronics E20 Robotic Pool Cleaner. Section 5.3 contains information specific to the removal of the cleaner from the pool. Section 5.3.2 states, "Using the floating cable, bring the Pool Cleaner to the pool's edge. Using the handle, remove the Pool Cleaner from the pool." Hi Dennis, the E20 is better suited to 33' and smaller pools that are square or round; the Active 20 works in pools up to 40' long that are rectangular, round, kidney, or free-form pools. The larger Active 20 also has 2 brushes versus one brush in the E20. The E30 does ot do waterline scrubbing while the Active 20 does and the E20 does not have a swivel on the cable.
