Hello Ron, the 9980630 is FRAME 2008 it would be a special order which would be 2-3 weeks. Are there any other replacements you need?

One of the guide wheels on my Dolphin Nautilus broke and lost some of its bearings into the pool. Do I need to replace all four guide wheels at once (so they are of the same age/wear), or can I just replace the one? The bot seems to be working well otherwise and I wouldn't have known that anything was wrong with it if I had not found the bearings in the pool. I have since stopped using the bot though, until I can replace the Guide Wheel. Thanks.

Hi. It would be better to replace all of the bearings if you're able to or just the one that is bad.

Are the being rings inside the wheel guide supposed to split? Cannot tell if mine are broken since they appear split so uniformly????

Hi, Robert. The inner part of this guide wheel is a solid unbroken ring with groves on the outer portion as shown in the product images.

I have a Dolphin DX 6 and i have found several stainless steel ball bearings inside the cleaner housing. I first noticed this when i took it out to clean it and i heard a rattling sound inside the cleaner. The cleaner seems to be working ok . the only part i see in the parts diagram that would have ball bearings are the 4 wheels. Are there any other parts that would have ball bearings that could show up inside the cleaner filter compartment ?

Hi, Charlie. The Guide Wheel - 3884997, Drive Pulley - 3883645, and Wheel Bearing (Single) - 3884073-ASSY all use ball bearings.
