Christine- The Cap Drain With Gasket (sx200z8a) 4800-210 is not the correct part. The correct drain cap would be Drain Cap With Gasket (85826300r000) 4626-16.

The SX200Z8A drain cap is NOT the correct drain cap for your filter. The appropriate cap for your filter is either of these two, you will need to measure to see which size you have. Drain Cap 1-5/16" Diameter or Drain Cap 1-3/4" Diameter. Here is a link to the Parts Breakdown for the SM1906TW Filter which will give you additional detail on your filter.
