We have a 20' round above ground pool which size is better a 21' or 24' I want to make sure there is overlap for when I need to add the air pillows for the winter. The cover that came with it barely covers the pool and just goes over the top metal rail so the first sign of wind it comes off into the pool and I have tried tightening it with the drawstring but it just tears. I want a larger stronger cover. Also how does this stay on the pool is there a metal cable system or just the drawstring.

Yes you can use a 21' round above ground pool winter cover as It comes with a 4' overlap. All of our above ground pool winter covers come with a metal cable and winch system. Our customers have been very happy with the durability of these covers. You could also always upgrade to our heavier duty 20 Year winter cover. You may also consider our winter cover seal for high wind conditions. Thanks for the great question!

I recently purchased a home that has an above ground pool. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck. What is a good way to cover the pool for the winter?

It sounds like you will need to use a combination of an above ground pool cover and water tubes. Make certain that the water level isn't lowered more than 12" during the closing process.

Would there be any incompatibility issues with using this cover with an above ground pool that is not steel frame?

HI Denise, The Pool Winter Cover can also be used on pools that are not steel frame.

my above ground pool is 24 ft. when you take in the measurements of the posts of the frame work it measures 25 ft. My last cover tore. My question is do I need a larger cover, perhaps a 26ft. to give me width that will not rip from being so tight. thank you

If you have a 24' round pool, you will need the PL7908, not the PL7906. The PL7908 is made for a 24' round. The actual cover size is 27' round which should give you enough material to cover the pool and not having to worry about the cover tearing.

Our above ground pool is 18' across is it stupid to get a 21' cover? My reasoning for a larger cover is that every year with the 18' cover dirt finds its' way in. My thinking was to have the larger cover lower on the pool than right on the ledge.

Hi. This 21' Pool Cover is actually 24'. This cover will be too large.

I have a 21' above ground pool that has a deck built half way around it. Do you have a pool cover that would work for my situation?
Hi, Ronnie. Unfortunately, we do not have a cover that's designed for your pool application.

Do you make a mesh cover for a coleman 20' diameter above round ground pool? The pool will be empty If you do what other items may come with that cover - such as tie downs ? Is there a leaf cover available as well and if so what would that cost be?

Good day Mark, we do not sell one covers specifically for a Coleman pool. The smaller cover to match specs on your pool would be the PureLine Pool Winter Cover for 21 ft Above Ground Pool - PL7906 or the PureLine Above Ground Pool Leaf Net 21 ft Round - PL5906.
