Please note that the Cover Doctors® Form will need to be filled out and returned to INYO when the order is placed.
Inyo will provide a box to return your cover for repair or template replacement for a fee of $251.25.
Inyo will provide a credit of $100 towards the cost of the new cover if you decide to go with the new cover.
Inyo will provide all necessary shipping labels to return the cover freight prepaid.
Customer will be responsible for the $150 return shipping of their old cover if they decide not to purchase a new cover.
*This program applies to residential-size covers only. Box size is 24” x 24” x 42” and will hold up to approximately a 22’ x 42’ cover size. All hardware will need to be removed from any cover that is being shipped back.

Does the $100 include return shipping of your old cover also if I am not satisfied with the replacement price?

Hi, Robert. Yes the $100 will include the cost of the box sent to you and if you do decide not to proceed with a repair or a replacement it will cover the shipping of your old cover back to you. If you do choose to repair or replace the cover we take the $100 off the price of the quote.

When capping an entire square can you give an estimated price for that repair on a full vinyl cover not mesh?

Hello, We do not know the condition of the cover, so you would need to mail in the entire cover for a quote.

I have a mesh cover that is in need of repair or replacement. If it needs to be replaced can you duplicate the original so we can utilize the existing anchor points in our concrete? We can send you our old cover.
Our pool is roughly 35x17 feet. The anchor points down the length is 3.0 feet and the anchor points in the width are every 3ft 6 inches. Based on the picture attached can you quote me a replacement cover. Any rough idea on costs would be greatly appreciated.

Can a strap be replaced or repaired where it broke about one foot from cover ? Breakage was my fault not the cover, Drain was not set properly< thanks Larry
