CV Filter Tank Bottom Assembly - R0465400
We have a very small pin hole in the bottom tank assembly. Can this be repaired?

There is nothing I am aware of that will fix this problem. I have heard of people trying many different methods - fiberglass patch, 2 part apoxy and others. They are more of a stop gap fix. The pressure in the tank will eventually undo whatever fix method they have all tried.

Will this bottom fit a Jandy CL340 filter? Are the inlet and outlet spacings the same? The center to center distance on my Jandy CL340 is approximately 8.5".

I was able to find the exact replacement of just the lower tank body. Most vendors only sold both pieces together and being able to order just the lower half saved hundreds of dollars. I easily disconnected the old unit and the parts included with the new tank bottom matched perfectly. I needed only a wrench to tighten on of the connections and the rest was all done by hand tightening. Worked perfectly.
