can you order the circuit board only, don't need face plate and knobs.

Hi Jim, The Temperature Controller Assy (472086) is sold as a complete unit, the circuit board can not be purchased separately.

Hi, Lou. This Temperature Controller Assy - 472086 will not replace p/n 470194 because of the design.

We are in need of this part - Temperature Controller Assy (472086) - $285.99 - can it be returned for a refund it is not the problem?

Hi, Jr. Unfortunately; once the part has been installed it can ONLY be returned if it's defective by the manufacturer. We recommend confirming that this is the part you need before ordering.

no LED lights including power

Hi. If you have confirmed that the unit is getting power, the Transformer - 471571 is being powered and has the proper output volts (24), then this Temperature Controller Assy - 472086 is bad and will need to be replaced.

Hi, Dave. This Control Assembly is the correct replacement if you have a MiniMax NT model. I'm unable to use the serial number to confirm.
