Less than 1 hr
Screwdriver, Mallet, lubricant
After loosening and removing the tanks center belt strap I used a screwdriver to aid in carefully separating the top and bottom half of the tanks
Idisassembled the split tank removing the filters and stand. I left the tanks top half off while I:
I reattached the new bottom half to the in and output lines (I used Teflon tape to ensure a good seal)
I felt the new interior filter stand wasn't as snug so I used the rinsed old one and installed 4 new filters
I placed the the cross filter (top of stand) slightly over each filter using pull through lubricant and then a rubber mallet to tap the top into each filters center hole being careful not to push or hit them so hard as to risk breaking the plastic stand.
I put a sprint and mesh screen over the middle portion of the interior filter stand and again using pull through lubricant greased "greased" the center rubber gasket then I put the tanks top half over/on the bottom and snugged the strap belt tight
