I have a Sta-Rite Pump Model Number P2RA5D-120L. Will this part fit as a replacement and does the part of ther seal installed in the housing come pre-installed - rubber inserted with ceramic pushed into the rubber.

Hi, This seal plate kit will fit the P2RA5D-120L model pump. It will include the 1998-present seal which replaces the pre-1998 model.

Does this Seal Plate Kit (c203-194p) comes with a normal shaft seal or the higher grade saltwater shaft seal?

Pros: fast delivery, quality parts

Cons: shaft seal was different than expected, but still fit with some work

Customer service was very helpful and considerate, this item does take intermediate skill level to replace. Recommend reviewing website installation guideline for your specific pump.
