Will this item fit a Purex Triton Nautilus Plus NSP-48? I assume all filter element top connectors (where it goes into the manifold) are standard.

Yes this manifold does work on the NSP-48, this item would be the top manifold and the air bleed screen.

Pac fab de filter dimension says 14 1/2 in my dimension is like 12 in but looks the same but I have no breather hole.part number 460-2193. Is the demension from. End of cross to end of opposite cross. If so than this is longer will that make a difference? Will it fit in tank

Hi, The Grid Manifold w/Screen (192193) is 14-1/2" from end to end and is used on a Pac Fab Nautilus Stainless D.E. Filter. It will have to fit with the tank.

Pros: Fits screens like original.
Cons: Hole and screen let some DE bypass screens.
Part was used in a 1987 model stainless Pac Fab filter. Fit was perfect. One drawback. Top has extra hole that screen covers. Not on my original. Screen doesn't fit under tank top-have to leave it off. Some DE bypasses screens and flows out of tank thru hole into pool. Gluing a plug in hole solves problem-works like original. No idea why hole and screen are there on 1991 newer models?

Used as a replacement part for my old Heldor Clearflo DE filter. Used with the 36 sq ft filter pack, grid retainer, and my old connecting rods. The screen is threaded but the hole in the manifold is not. Just had to jam it on.

Inyo saved me about 20 dollars versus going to my local pool supply store, which was a positive. However, the product was not complete, it was missing the small air filter screen. I appreciated the free delivery, but, my pool was down several days while I was waiting for the item to arrive. Yes, I could have paid for express delivery, but, doing that would have made the item more expensive than buying from my local pool supply store. Overall, spending the extra 20 dollars at my local pool supply store would have been worth it as I could have made sure the air filter screen was included, and my pool would not have been out of commission for several days while waiting for delivery.
