Product Description

OEM locking knob used on all Hayward StarClear Plus cartridge filters except the 175 sq ft model (see 4663-09 for the 175 sq ft knob).

This knob locks the filter head in place.

We have C1200, will this knob fit the to lid?

The lock knob part number cx900g will fit the Hayward C1200 filter.

Kenny, There is an O-ring underneath the Filter Head. See item #2 in this diagram. Make sure it is intact.

Hi Jeanie, The Locking Knob-CX1750G is the correct one for the C1900 Filter.

Hi, Dennis. This locking knob will not work, you'll need p/n CX1750G.

It works, but need to replace about every two years because the threads strip out of it eventually (Brass against steel).
