Will this header inlet/outlet fit the Jandy/Laars EPC & EPS series manufactured 1991' ? Appears to be the same size but the one on there now is cast iron and rusted leaking.

Hi, Shawn. This Bronze Header Assy - R0016800 or the Cast Iron Header Assy - R0056400 can be used with the Laars EPC & EPS Series filter manufactured between 1990-1992.

Will this header fit a Jandy Lite 2 pool heater, Model LG250N, Serial No. J08PG1199. This heater was manufactured in 2008

Yes, this is the correct header assembly for that unit and the cast iron version would be part number 6200-213.
