Hi, does this unit includes wiring/connectivity for remote operation and will it be compatible with Jandy iAqualink system for remote operation? Thanks

Alex, This unit has the capability to be wired for remote use, however you will have to find out from RayPak or Zodiac if it's compatible with your automation system.

I am planning to buy Raypak Model R6350ti for my 25000 gallon inground Pool. Do you think it will be enough. Also will the warranty be void if I install it myself. Moreover I have Jandy VFD pool pump and a chlorinator. Will this heat pump be able to communicate well with them. What other considerations should I have to have for this heat pump.

Hi Naveen, This Raypak Standard 117K BTU Digital Heat Pump can be used to heat your pool, however the bigger the unit the faster it will heat your pool. This unit has to be installed by a licenses and insured company in order to uphold the manufacture warranty. This unit can be use with your current set up as long as the flow rate is with the operating range. You would need to install a check valve between the outlet of the heat pump and chlorinator to prevent any back-flow of chlorinated water into the unit. Please refer to the Raypak Heat Pump Owner & Installation Manual for all installation requirements.

I bought my new, and the heat pump came from Florida really quickly; we're in California and when the pump arrived to my house there was nobody to receive the heater. I called inyopools and they were very nice, there were able to store the heat pump in the truckers warehouse untill we come back. The heat pump was inmediatly delivered once I came back home and I have installed and enjoyed it so much, thanks inyopools! You are the best! God bless you and continue with the excellent bussines.
I also changed from chlorinated water, to salt water and it works perfect.
thank you very much.

(5 out of 5 stars) Excellant heater

Pros: Heats great
Cons: Doesn't line up with old Rheem connections
I owned a rheem/raypak heater for over ten years which worked fantastic, this new heater seems to heat even better, very efficiently. Easy to install but I can't believe rheem didn't keep the same alignment for the pipe connections. Had to completely replumb the inlet and outlet pipes. Plus they changed the type of screw on couplings. Other then those minor setbacks this is a great heater. My last Rheem heater went bad because the accumulator rusted out and it lost its Freon. This new heater corrected that problem, it appears the accumulator is made of a nonrusting material.

Been a couple years now. It had a faulty circuit board initially but warranty services replaced it with no hassles. It has performed very well on my 19000 gallon above ground pool.

(2 out of 5 stars) Almost lasted a whole year!

I bought this last June and had it installed by a licensed HVAC techician on 7/13/2019. As of last week it is dead. Immediately shows High Pressure Trip the moment I turn it on. I've cleaned the coils, backwashed the filter, checked the flow, everything appears fine. But the moment I turn it on the screen shows HPS Trip before it even tries to run the compressor or fan. Since the HVAC did it pro-bono (well ok we shared a 6-pack) I don't have the invoice/receipt required for Raypak to provide warranty coverage. But that's my fault. The fact that it broke in less than a years time, and maybe ~3.5 months of operation is not.

I love this Heat Pump, delivery was prompt and I installed it easily and in two(2) days my pool water was a constant 85 degrees. Installation was easy for me because of my mechanical background, but should be done by licensed tradesmen. So far it seems to be very efficient. Thanks INYO Pools for offering this great product! PS: I live in Central Virginia.

Installed this on my heavily shaded 18,000 gallon in ground pool. The warmest our pool has ever reached in 7 years was 82 in the middle of summer. Turned this heater on Wednesday evening when the pool was at 69 degrees, and it was at 82 by Thursday mid morning, in May! This is by far the best investment I have made in our pool. Delivery was great and install was a breeze!
