I have an AquaRite which is 5 Years old and think my software is different then the new cell requires. Which cell do I need?

If you have an older unit (older than 2009) than you would require the GLXCELL15W which you may view or purchase here http://www.inyopools.com/Products/02100002048034.htm

i need to purchase 25 K replacement cell, how do I know if I have the correct revison

Hi Steven, If your system originally came with a T9 cell, then you don't have to worry about the software revision. The system will tell you the software revision by scrolling through the menu or pressing the diagnostic button until you get to the software option.

I have a 15 cell but i think they over killed it so how do i figure out what size pool i have?

Hi David, You can use this Pool Volume Calculator to figure out what size pool you have, however we do suggest oversizing the salt cell as you will get much longer life out of the cell.

Is there a repair kit for this cell? The outside plastic is leaking at the place where pieces fit together just below the top where the water comes into the cell.

Hello, Unfortunately this just comes as one complete cell no repair kits for TCELL9.

Salt Cell stopped working

Written on 8/26/2020 by Guest

Determined that the salt cell on my pool (just moved into the home) was not functioning properly. I diagnosed as per an INYO video. Simple to follow. After contacting INYO it was determined the Cell installed for my pool was undersized, I ordered a new one and it was a breeze to install and set up. INYO videos make it easy to follow
Replaced the O rings as a matter of doing a quality repair.

Low salt - no chlorine

Written on 6/15/2020 by Guest

I purchased a salt level testing kit that read 1900 ppm and added 4 bags of salt to raise it to 3700 ppm. Aqua Rite was still giving a reading of now 1400 ppm. Cleaned the salt cell with muriatic acid bath and reinstalled.

Salt reading went to 2700 but still no chlorine being produced. Did a manual recalibration (thanks to your instructional video) and would not see the correct ppm of salt.

Rinsed the salt cell again by removing and using cold water, visibly inspected the cell and looked fine. Decided to get the new cell from your site and everything was working fine again until 2 weeks later when my AR motherboard died.

Got the replacement from you and again thanks to your video on how to replace (with the details on jumpers on external power!!) Got that replaced and finally in a good state. Salt is a little high at 3700, but the pool looks great (again) and your videos really saved the day.
