SaltWater tune up kit for the Pentair Challenger pump includes the shaft seal and all o-rings, gaskets and lubricant.
We highly recommend replacing the shaft seal, o-rings and gaskets when replacing your motor. If you use your old shaft seal, it will not mate up properly with the new motor and may leak.

The GOKIT5 comes with a standard shaft seal and the GOKIT5SALT comes with a heavy-duty shaft seal which is more corrosion resistant to the salt.

I just ordered and recieved this kit, do i lubricate all the rubber seals with the included lubricate.

Yes lubricate all of the rubber gaskets and o-rings but not the two-piece ceramic shaft seal.

I am looking for a replacement motor for a Pentair Pump Model #CFII N1 1.5A / Part # 343234. The motor part # is 168453. I am also looking for the Go-Kit for the pump including the housing and diffuser square seals. Can you please help me with the part #'s needed for these parts so that I order everything correctly? Thanks.

Hi Robert, the correct replacement motor for you will be this B2854 Challenger Replacement Motor You will also need a Pentair Challenger Seal Kit when you replace your motor. We put together this Video on How to Replace a Pool Pump Motor which you may find helpful when you tackle this project.

Trying to confirm how to order and ship correct pump and seals kit to replace Century/Centurion 2 HP 230V square flange motor #B2748 for saltwater pool. Online info references Pentair which is not the same pump or seals.
