What is the difference between the Clear Supreme Solar Cover and the Magni-Clear Solar Blanket?

The Clear Supreme solar cover is a 16 Mil cover and comes with a 10 year warranty. The Magni-Clear is made with a 14 MIL and has a 6 year warranty. The thicker Clear Supreme solar cover will offer better heat gain and retention.

The warranty covers the shipping cost for a replacement blanket only for the first 8 months.The warranty for this solar blanket is through Midwest Canvas.

I am wondering if I can run my filter daily with this cover on the water or do I have to remove it while filer runs.

Solar covers used have detiorated in less than two years. What warranty for one that is used on slat water pool, with California sun?

I bought this to replace the standard blue cover that lasted three seasons before disintegrating. This one seems much heavier.

Appears to be well made, has held up through first season which beats the last cover that had plastic pieces falling off and clogging filter.

Purchased 6-1-20, in service one week. This solar cover has increased water temperature by 5 degrees. Pool is now 85 degrees. Easy to cut to fit with scissors. Very happy with it and would purchase again
