Good morning Raul, I cannot find a replacement element based on the specs you provided. Here is a link to all the Hayward replacement elements.Hayward Pool Filter Cartridge. My suggestion to you is to measure the element and match up the dimensions. Have a wonderful Holiday

Pros: Very cheap
I haven't installed the filters yet but the price was very good and shipping free can't get better than that. It was very easy ordering from INYO and will do it again soon.
