Could you send us a few photos of your pump and motor? Please take a close up shot of the motor label as well as a wide shot of the complete pump to include the pipes going in and out of the pump. Thanks for the reply, here are the pictures you requested. Hopefully they help. The old pump was a whisperFlo but I rather change that part as well now. Thanks for any help
Can my existing motor be bolted to this housing as is?

Will I need a new ceramic bearing seal gizmo?
AND Is this housing returnable if it doesn’t fit my existing motor?

Is the v green 1.65 Vsp motor compatible with this pump housing?

Hello Gary. The Pureline Complete Housing Assembly PL1792 is compatible with the Century V Green 1.65 HP Variable Speed Motor model ECM16CU. V-Green 1.65 HP Round Flange 56J Variable Speed Motor - ECM16CU Additionally, the Motor Shaft Seal PS201 is required. Pump Shaft Seal 3/4" PS-201

The Pool Pump Complete Housing Assembly with a 1.65 total horsepower (THP) impeller. The housing has 2" female threaded ports. The shaft seal is not included and needs to be purchased separately. It is comparable to the Hayward Super II 1.5 Uprated (Max Rated) Not Full Rated models.

Will this work as a replacement for my Hayward Northstar pump? I have a two year old Century motor that runs well also will it work with this pump?
Hello Chad. The Pool Pump Complete Housing Assembly w/ 1.65 THP Impeller - PL1792 is compatible with the Century Motors model STS1152R. The Pump Shaft Seal 3/4" PS-201 will need to be ordered separately. The pump's flow rate (GPM) will be reduced as a result of the wet end transition. A reduction of approx. 20 gallons per minute.

Can this pump assembly item number PL1792 be returned if it is not compatible with our motor shaft that has 7/16ths by 20 TPI (thread per inch)?
