Toni,Unfortunately, this is just the top cap. The top cap support is not included and is sold separately. The top cap support is part # 11497 and can be seen here.

Is this top seat specific to a certain brand of pool? I can't identify the pool that came with my house and it has this top seat.

These are on back order until approximately May 21ST. There are no listed alternative replacement parts for that specific one.

I have a Wilbar Seaspray pool. This is the top cap and I need corresponding top rails. Apparently, you don't carry either but state you can help find replacement parts. I'd like to replace all of the top rails since they are rusted. Previous owner used salt in the pool.

We do not have another option for part number 11495. However, we just received a small shipment of these caps and they are currently available.
