My 20 x 40 pool has center end steps and a non-removable side ladder on the deep end. Do you offer customization on the 20-2040RE-CES48-SAP-BLU cover to accommodate the side ladder?

Hi. My pool is 20 X 40 Ft plus I have 3 steps in the center of the shallow end of the pool. Similar to the picture you show. I just want to be sure the 20 X 40 Ft cover iis 20 X 40 Ft PLUS the additional 4 X 8 piece for the steps. The dimensions in the description say the cover is 40 X 22 but doesn't mention the size for the steps. Thanks.

This cover would be the correct unit. On the step side the cover will measure 4x8 in the center.

will this work on all radius corners or just certain corners. how much concrete do you have to have? thank you.

Good afternoon, this unit will not work on radius corners. All stock covers will need at least three feet on the concrete decking. We would suggest contacting our customs team and they can discuss your best options

I am replacing an old safety cover. I already have anchors in the concrete deck. Question, are the straps that fit the brass anchors universal? I don't want to have to re-drill the anchors.

Where would you place this cover in terms of quality? how does it compare to the more $$$$ loop loc and Merlin brands? Can I really expect to get 12 years out of it?

Matt, we apologize for the inconvenience, however, we do not have any experience with the Loop Loc and Merlin brands. So, we would not be a good judge to compare the different manufacturers. All I can say is that we have had a very positive experience selling covers from this manufacturer. All of our customers like the cover and we seldom get a complaint about the quality of our cover. They can hold up to 4,800 lbs.

I have an in ground rectangular pool with center step. This pool is 20ft wide on the shallow end 37ft long the deep end measures 15 ft wife what size cover would I need to get? Would a 20x40 with the 4x8 center step work on this? We want to avoid custom making one as this would be extremely expensive. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Angela, so if you were to go with a cover that meets the minimum dimensions of your swimming pool it could void the warranty if damaged by rubbing in places where there was contact with the pool. To avoid the warranty from being voided and for the best fit we do recommend having a custom cover made.
