We really have not had many issues with this model pump in fact they have become fairly common. We work direct with the manufacturer on these so getting parts has been fairly smooth.

Is this an above ground or in ground pump? Other websites advertise this is an above ground pump.

The Speck Badu Ecom3V variable speed pump is designed for inground swimming pools. This pump could be used on above ground pools if you have hard pluming installed (not hoses) and 230V electrical.

Does the remote controller come with the pump ??? and how long is a "Three/two year warranty. Kind of looks like a 6 year warranty if I did my math right. (3 x 2 = 6) yup it is a 6 year warranty. Just wanted to confirm this.

Dale- The remote is an optional feature for this pump, and would need to be purchased separately. The warranty is a 2 year warranty not to exceed 3 years from date of purchase. When I turned my 4 year old pump on it lite up on the panel then made a strange poof noise and went dead! Is there a reset button or fuse on this model
