I have a 16X32 pool, with center steps at the shallow end. There is nothing on your site to input said information...

How does the lighter weight construction hold up though a Midwest winter with possible snow accumulation laying on it for periods of time?

Hello, yes these are made to stand up to harsh winter and weight of snow.

what is the spacing pattern of the straps?
Reply
At this time we do not have the strap spacing for the covers. If you are trying to match anchor points we have the PureLineRX where you can send your cover in for a template or you can provide AB drawings of the pool with the points and our custom department can send you a price on a cover that will fit your needs.

what tools are necessary to have to install the tie down straps for this ? is this something I can do on my own?
Reply
Heavy duty rotary hammer drill, with 3/4” x 18” long masonry drill bit Extension cords to power the hammer drill Chalk line for marking Hammer to tamp in the deck anchors12-24 buckets of water or bags of sand to hold pool cover in place Protective eyewear/goggles. The unit would come with all the other hardware.

In the required tools you list an 18" drill bit. The apron about my pool is only about 6''. Under that is sand (probably all the way down to China?). Wouldn't a 6"bit length do?

For that question, we would recommend contacting the manufacturer at 1-800-448-2343. They would provide more information on a case by case install.
