i have Zandy 2 way and 3 way diverter valves in my pool circulation system and the handles have been removed and replaced and I need to know how to reorient them so I know for sure that the off location is correct to valve operation without removing the valves from the plumbing? Can you give me the steps to reorient them??
Thanks for assistance.... Fred Shreck

Hi Fred, You would have to position the diverter and the off position of the handle in the same direction. Wherever the diverter is positioned that port will be closed.

My pool valves (5) are all old 3 way Arneson Valves. They are at least 20-23 years old. One of the valves froze and I broke the handle off trying to force it open. If possible, I would like to replace the diverter kit assemblies in all of the valves.
Could you advise if there is a diverter kit assembly available that would permit me to do this.
Thank you,
Andrew C.

Good afternoon Andrew, You can purchase the Jandy valves and use the guts. It will be more expensive to just buy the diverters ,o-rings and handles. Plus, If you happen to break any of the plumbing housings you'll already have replacements. Here are both options for youJandy Gray 2 Way Valve 1 1/2 Inside / 2 Outside - 1157 and here is a list of all the separate parts Jandy Standard & Never Lube Valve Parts. Hope that helps you out. Happy Thanksgiving!

I need a 2 way (on/off) Jandy valve for 1.5 inch pvc pipe. What would be the part number for that? Thanks.

Hi Mathew- The Neverlube 2 Way Valve 1 1/2 Inside / 2 Outside - 4724 would be the valve you need.

The Jandy 4724 valve is listed as CPVC. All of my current piping is PVC. Will PVC cement work to glue these together, or should I be using CPVC cement?

Yes, standard PVC glue will work with these valves.
