Hi, Charles. The Maytronics Dolphin Pro Caddy - 9996087-ASSY is not the correct caddy. You need the Dolphin Caddy (9996098-ASSY) - 9996092.

Hi, Kat. The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus will work the Dolphin Caddy -9996098-ASSY. The unit can be returned if it doesn't work.

Just purchased one of these because it said it worked with the Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC. It does NOT! The power cell does not fit on the hanger. The top of the hanger is too wide.

  I am sorry to hear it did not work, it is for certain model Nautilus cleaners, it shows; Dolphin Nautilus Pool Cleaners - 2017 and later. If you are not certain the year of manufacturing you will need to contact the manufacturer directly with the model and serial number from the cleaner to verify. You may reach them at (888) 365-7446

The Dolphin Universal Caddy - 9996098-ASSY, 9996084-ASSY PART # 3295-086 Fits all Dolphin Robotic Cleaners and most other brands. Fits the new body style (A Series, S Series, etc) with adapters for the power supply. Excludes the 2x2 Commercial Models.
