I have a Dolphin dx3 for my above ground pool, can I leave it on this caddy on my deck all summer, Right now I'm bringing it in and out of the cellar, and it's very heavy,but if I can just leave ti out, can I do this

Yes you could, you would just want to make sure it covered from the elements a tie-down tarp would work great.
