The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Hello Andre - The 9996098-ASSY is the correct caddy for the Supreme M3 if you have the digital power supply with the blue LED lights. This caddy will not work with the Supreme M3 that has the analog power supply with the red lights and on/off toggle switch.

The assembled caddy is about 3' 4" tall, about 17" wide at base (without wheels) and about 19" deep. If your Dolphin Active falls within these dimensions, then absolutely, this will work for you.

Hello, Stan. I do not have a schematic or a reference to the Dolphin Diagnostic 2001. The Dolphin Diagnostic 2002 advises to use this caddy, it will keep the power supply secure. You may like to view the Universal Carry Caddy for Robotic Pool Cleaners MODEL#NE266.

You have two different part numbers for this item. 9996098 and 9996084. The photo matches 9996098, which you also have listed separately on your website for another (higher) price. Maytronics says for their Nautilus CC Supreme it is compatible with the 9996084. Do you sell that model?
