Good day. I spoke to the technicians at Maytronics ( 888-365-7446 ) and was told the the 2 black rubber triangle pieces were for use if NOT using the cartridges. When using a bag they are needed to prevent any lose of suctions, but when using the cartridges, they are not needed.

I have a dolphin pro and I need to purchase the bottom lid that holds the bags, it was damaged. I was wondering if the DX6 bottom lid cartridge would work on my model, or it the bag assembly the best?

Hi Debbie, Maytronic only has one Cartridge for their units. If you have a Matronics/Dolphin cleaner then these are the filters you will have to use. Different manufacturers uses their own type or style of cartridges for their cleaners.

I have a Dolphin Nautilus. Is this bottom lid for this type? The one I have now is not working for fine dust. I found some space between bottom lid and 4 filters. The dust go through these spaces. Will the new bottom lid and filters solve the problem? Thanks!

Yes, that will replace the bag. As far as how long it last, they have a durable life on them, but like anything, it's going to depend on the use and how much it gets used along with how much debris your cleaner sees. I can't really say what the lifespan is for those cartridges.

Hello, number 29is your bottom assy, that holds your cartridges, if you have a filter bag on your bottom lid assy right now then you remove the bottom assy with bag and replace with the cartridge unit number 22.

I have a Dolphin Nautilus that is less than a year old. It works perfectly!! BUT, two of the little plastic clips that anchor the filters to the bottom of the assembly has cracked. Do I have to replace the entire Bottom Lid Cartridge Assembly? The only part I need is the part that clips the filter into place...

William, When you receive the assembly, the clips should be in the open/unlocked position. It sounds like you may have them in the closed/locked position.

I need to filter tiny particles from pool floor, and my DX6 bag is not able to filter them - you see a cloud of dust trailing behind the dx6 as it passes over the dust on the pool floor.
Will the cartridge assembly be able to filter this dust up ?

I have a Dolphin Nautilus 99996323 with cartridge assembly base plate. Springs on the flaps getting weak with flap one side staying open a bit. When I pull the unit out of the water, debris falls out. Tried to bend the springs a bit to tighten them but that doesn't work. I don't need the cartridges. I replaced those last year. I prefer the mesh cartridges anyway. Do you have just the springs available? Or maybe the base plate without cartridges ?

Hi Jim, The 9991414-ASSY does not work with the Dolphin Supreme M4. We do carry both the fine mesh spring cartridges as well as the standard paper filter cartridges for the Supreme M4.
