There are so many numbers of the filter which needs replacing. How do I determine the size of the filter for this model?

Hi Doris, You should have a label on the side of your filter which has your square footage checked off. If you do not have this label then the next best thing to do would be to measure your cartridge, the Sherlock 120 measures 20-1/16" in length.

I am losing water when running the filter. I noticed the water is under the filter is there something I need to change at the bottom of the filter I don't see a crack in the filter.

Joan, If you dont see water actually leaking from the drain plug, in and out ports, then you may have a crack underneath the tank body. I would recommend inspecting the canister thoroughly.

Is this an exact replacement for a Jacuzzi sherlock 120 from 2002? Same port locations and cartridge?

We have a 100EF-S1KR9-6-HK6 filter housing that is leaking at the filter nut. Replaced o ring & it still leaks. Is there a fix? Or, do I need to replace the housing? Pump works fine, so is there a compatible housing for replacement?

Hi Arnie, Make sure that the o-ring is lubricated, installed correctly and the locking ring is properly installed. The Jacuzzi Sherlock SHER120 Cartridge Filter is a suitable replacement.

We have a 18 by 52 swimming pool. We need a new filter system cause our old one is cracked on the bottom. The filter system is a Jacuzzi. It is a sher120 model number is 94223936. Do you have anything that might work to replace it? If so could you let me know.
