Hi, Mike. Those are the correct replacement part based on the original part numbers. The Ultra Flow pump does use a PSR-1000 Pump Seal.

Is this the same as part number 357142?

Hello Kevin. Pentair has discontinued the original part. The Seal Plate (357142) - Shaft Seal Not Included is an after-market replacement. The shaft seal Pump Shaft Seal 5/8" - PS-1000 or heavy-duty shaft seal Pump Shaft Seal PS-1000, Heavy Duty (Saltwater Pools) would need to be ordered separately.
