It'd be too narrow and too tall for your pump. The basket you need for your pump is part number 5020-053.

Hi Dr. P. B. Markovic, Unfortunately the strainer and the strainer and strainer basket for the PHPU1.5 was discontinued by the manufacturer without a replacement. I would suggest reaching out to www.jandy.com to see if they can assist.
