I have a Raypak model# P-R406A-EN-C. The front panel cover blew off years ago and now the sun has damaged to front panel and I cannot see the digital information.
Is part number 6230-100 what I need? Does it come with the clear cover that protects it from the rain and etc? If not, what is that part number since I need both.

Hi, Lee. Yes, this is the correct part if your unit was manufactured in Nov 2004 and later. The Control Bezel Cover - 009487F is not included with this part.

My heater seems to work fine and the display lights up but nothing is shown in the display, just a blank screen and seems unresponsive when I push the up down or mode button. Not sure if I need this part or one of the other components of the control panel display. Any way to know before ordering?

Good day, Based on the information given and model P-M406A-EN-C you would need the PCB Control & 3 Wire, Kit - 013464F (2004 to Current). The Raypak Control Bezel w/ Switch Decal - 009491F would just be a cover/decal over the LCD display.

I do not believe instructions are included, but from my understanding, the replacement is pretty straightforward. Simply remove the old one and replace the new one the same way the old one came out. Attached please find an exploded parts diagram for the RP2100 Series Heaters. RP2100 Heaters The display is attached to the PCB Control Board Raypak Heater PCB Control Kit - 013464F (2004 to Current) and is available as an individual part 013640F. Hi Leo. The 6230-100 is only the switch decal and control bezel. You probably need the LCD Display Screen - 013640F or the Raypak Heater PCB Control Kit - 013464F (2004 to Current) which has the display on it. If it otherwise works (you are able to change the temperature or mode but the display does not read anything) you probably just need the display. If you are unable to change anything then you probably need the full PCB Control Kit.

I Have a Raypak 156A spa heater..which is in the basement. I want to control the heater from room above the basement where the tub is... will this work for a remote??? if so I need @ 8 feet if wire to plug into the heater and the wall unit... where would this plug into the existing heater //// Please advise of other options for a remote!!

Hi Dwight. You can only control the heater if you purchase a pool automation system. You can have it so that it turns on with water flow and turns off when the flow is stopped if you add something like this Flow Switch 2" Model 210 (57-f1-2212-01w) and put the heater in remote mode per the manual.

Hello Lance, this Bezel assembly is compatible with the Raypak Atmospheric Digital RP2100 Heaters 206A, 266A, 336A, 406A (11/01/04-Current) models and Raypak Low Nox Heaters R207A, R267A, 337A, R407A (12/01/04-Current) models. Using th serial number of the unit and contacting Ray Pak directly will assist ion confirming date of manufacture if you are not sure as well.

Hi Hank, good sleuthing! Your Jacuzzi JHN399 model heater is a thinly disguised Rheem/Raypak model. The 009491F is the bezel and membrane switche, so you actually need the Raypak PC Board Control Replacement Kit for Digital Gas Heater - 100-10000345 to get a readable display.
