i have a hayward vari valve model #71113. i want to know what will work in place of it... if you dont have the model #71113.the bottom of my valve a flange with a nut and bolt securing it...the only thing wrong with mine is the crack around the hour glass.....do you have just that part or do i need to buy the whole assembly?

I have a sp-712 series vari-flo valve serial 120G21 it an older Kayak. I have replaced the spider gasket several times but I still get water leaking from the waste tube. What do i need to replace? whole unit? I loose lots of water overnight once pump shuts off...

Hi, Kevin. You have one of two options if you've recently replaced the diverter gasket. Option one is to replace the Key Handle Assy - SPX0710XBA17 or option 2 is to replace the entire valve.

I believe you're SP 712 will fit my filter I was just wondering does yours have a port for pressure gauge there are no more readable numbers on my label other than the 712 fittings and water sight gauge all appear to be the same location just did not see a pressure gage port

Amber, in order to confirm the fitment of this valve we will need to know the model number of the valve. The model number is being covered in the picture you sent me below the handle on the top of the valve.

Hi Kevin, The valve on this page would NOT be the proper replacement valve. You will require the PL0714 Replacement Valve for your Hayward S244T using an SP-711-13 valve.

My Talegus tank has an SP-712-4 valve on it (doesn't name manufacturer). An earlier poster posted an image that looks just like mine and you said this was a good replacement.
However, I'm unable to confirm that this accommodate 2" or 1.5" plumbing. I currently have 2" plumbing. Will this work for sure?

Yes, this the correct replacement it has 1 1/2" FPT pipe size

The SP07122 is a 1-1/2" valve as was the SP712-4. It may be that you are looking at a physical measurement. 1-1/2" unions will measure 2-3/8" O.D. on the threads.

Being that this model valve has been discontinued and has a few different replacement we would advise to send us a few pictures of the filter and valve to upload@inyopools.com so we can review and locate the best replacement valve and stand for you as we will need the model of the filter. If possible please also send an image of the underside of the valve when removed from the filter as well.

S164T S166T they all take SX164B support stand. This is the correct replacement valve.
