my heater states roll out switch open what part is that so I can replace it

That is the thermal fuse. When you open the front of the heater it is the small fuse that has 2 wires going into it and held in with 1 screw. I would also take the top off of the heater and clean out the grate my heater had a lot of leaves blocking the vent and that's what was making my fuse blow. Good luck.

I have a 2 year old Raypak pool heater, the model number has 406 in it. We're getting a message on the heater that the rollout switch is open, so we figured out where that is inside the heater. I see a lot of identical fuses online, but there's always some letters or numbers that don't match up, including the one you're selling. Mine says 650914/Microtemp/G4AM0609/TF 152C ABA. This agrees pretty much with yours except for the last 3 letters. Is that important? Thanks.

Hi Judy, thanks for the question! No those last digits will not make a difference and this is the part you will require.

I need to replace the thermal fuse part # 005899F. Is this something I can do, or do I need to have a pro do it? Does the part come with instructions? Thanks

A  Answered on 7/17/2019 by InyoPools Product Specialist Hector F.

These do not come with instructions and I would not say that you will need a professional to install it. There looks to be a few youtube videos on changing this switch as well that may assist you.
