Hi, The Pressure Switch (006737F) would be the correct pressure switch for the Raypak C-R406A-EN-C Heater. It is located at the top of the Inlet/outlet Header.

Pilot light is on but the burner won't light. Switch is on temp. Switch is up to where heat is called for but will not fire the burner. Is there a switch that tells the unit water pressure is up and it's ok to fire. I need to get this unit running.

No, see snip image attached for correct pressure switch part #'s. There are 2 based on the lb rating of your switch.
Just want to be certain, have a RP2100, model R185, installed in this date range. Manual is effective ‘93 and letter is stamped ‘97. Believe this is the correct pressure sensor, please let me know for sure. Thank you.

We show the pressure switch to be either a 009133F 11 psi ( 47-197-1096 ) or a 006737F 1.7 psi ( 47-197-1462 ) depending on the installation of the heater. Deck level, the 1.7 psi is fine, below water level may require the 11 psi.
