Hi, Roger. You can use a toothbrush and or a toothpick to clean a corroded or blocked pilot tip.

Yes, the Pilot Assembly Natural Or Propane, IID - 002003F is for the 406A models with electronic ignitors not, the Millivolt types. The Pilot Outage calls to Adjust gas pressure (too low), the Pilot could be restricted to Clean pilot, or Weak pilot generator to replace pilot.
