Are the EC-65 and EC-75 the same size? I need to replace the EC-75 tank for my filter

Hi Charlie, The EC-65 and EC-75 are the same size as far as the canister but the Flex Tubes are different sizes. So this Body can be used for both the EC-65 and EC-75.

How do I know that this is the same tank I need - I have seen various flow rates for these filters but I think that is determined more by the filter tubes etc.
If I have an EC-65 this is what I need. Also - I want to know shipping options - including Saturday delivery so I can install it this week end. Is that possible?

Hi Jessie, This is the correct replacement for the Perflex EC-65/EC-75 filter. It would not hurt to get the Hayward EC65/EC75 O-ring Kit - APCK1150 You can use the shipping calculator feature on the website to calculate expedited shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

What else is included with the tank? Guage? any internal parts?

Hi Bob, Only the pressure gauge, adapter, and the adapter o-ring are included with the Tank Body. No internal parts are included.

i have a model hayward model ec50c93s de pool filter.
my question to you is the filter did not come equipped with a back flushing valve, i do not believe the bump handle adequately removes old DE and particular matter form the filtering fingers (thereby not adequately cleaning the fingers - causing inadequate run times before filter developes high pressure),when i install this new part can i install a back wash valve to reverse the flow of water to better clean the fingers ?

I clicked on parts, to diagram Item 11, ac-65 & ac 70 comes up. I wanted just the ac-65 body. When you add to cart it still shows both body's
