I have an inground pool, with 1 HP pump motor. Is this filter too big for my pool? 25,000 gallons. I live in N. central Texas. Pool season is May until september depending on the weather. I have kept the pool open until November a few years.

Hi, Erika. This filter is NOT too big for your pool. It can be used if your pump's flow rate does not exceed 120 GPM.

I replaced my pool pump in 2019 with the INYOPOOLS Pentair WFE-4 1HP pump. I am also replacing the pool filter in 2020. Is this filter too big for my pool? 11,000 gallons. I live in Phoenix. Not sure what the flow rate is for the Pentair WFE-4 that I installed in 2019. PVC Piping is 2"

I am going to replace an old Jacuzzi Cyclops 330 filter. Your web page suggested a Crystal Water 325 sqft Pool Cartridge Filter over the Haward Swimclear filter of equivalent size. Is this still your recommendation? Pool is 28,000 gal with a pentair inteliflow 1.5 hp

Have a Pentair Superflo single speed 1.5 hp pump new last year. A 20'X40" inground pool approx. 30,000 gallon. Currently using sand filter looking to go to cartridge. Is this the correct size filter?

Hi Edd, as long as the gallons per minute(GPM) rating on your current filter matches or is less than the filter you are considering then it will be good. If that information is not legible then here is a guide that we put together called "How To Size a Pool Filter" that should assist.

I have a 25,000 gallon pool. Newly replastered last year. Currently have an older DE filter, and looking to maybe upgrade. Are the cartridge filters an option? what size? Just replaced our pump with a VSP and a new Booster pump
