How is this product applied to the edge of the pool? Is it rolled out or shrink wrapped? Please advise.

It is rolled / wrapped around the outside of your pool and clings to the pool using what is known as a polyblend film. No heat or shrink wrapping is required.

is it recommended to have your cover flat across the pool and not touching the water or to have it raised in the middle and laying on top of the water?
