Yes the STK0024 would be a replacement for the AeroTemp AT12000A-A.

I was told by Aquacal that I need part STK0024 for my Aerotemp AT6500-A pool heater. It is supposed to be a microprocessor board and front display. Is that what you have? There is no description other than "door replacement" which actually could be it. Thank you.

Hi Elaine, Yes this is the microprocessor board and front display used on several of the AquaCal heat pumps.

Will the AquaCal STK0024 electronic door conversion kit work for an Aerotemp ST-4/AT8500 pool heat pump that was built in May 1996? Does the kit include the temperature sensor?

Hi Larry, The STK0024 will work for the Aerotemp ST-4/AT8500 Pool Heat Pump. You may have to do some slight reshaping of the metal on the door. The kit come with 2 temperature sensors, a defrost and a water temperature sensor.

Aquacal has made several changes to the part numbers for their heat pumps. I would recommend calling them directly with the serial number so they can confirm. You can reach them at 727.823.5642.

SKT0024 is now discontinued it appears and believe this was the direct replacement kit. I am looking for a replacement board and control panel for model AT12000B-A.

Good Morning Dave, Hope you are doing well. The STK0024 was a direct replacement for the AT12000B-A. However, due to the age of the unit we no longer have any parts that are adaptable for that unit. My aplogies, but at this time, that heat pump cannot be repaired. Robert Brown AquaCal Tech Support
