If I replace the control panel do I need to replace the inside board as well?
If so how difficult is it to replace the inside board?

It wouldn't be a bad idea to get them both at the same time. This will have to be special ordered though if you decide to purchase.

I have a few of my display numbers segments that have stopped working, can I just get a replace display board?

Yes, that is what you would want to do. If you have a model # for the heat pump that you have, I can make sure that is the correct display board that you need. If you do not have that information you can attach some pictures and I can identify it for you.

I have a 3 button I was told I had to change the board and panel two a 4 3 was discontinued if is every thing I need in the package?

Hi, Mark. The Three Button control panel has been replaced with the four button upgrade kit.

is this exactly identical or a modification part which would have to be adapted to the old part? I currently have a non working three button control switch which is discontinued- the upgrade is a four button cover which I understand.

As far as I know, that is the replacement. To get a confirmation on that I recommend calling AquaCal, 727-823-5642. They will be able to tell you 100% if it will work with your heat pump or not.

I have an AquaCal Heat Wave H100 or H120. The heater works fine but the display showing temperature etc does not work. Will the AquaCal STK0056-four button upgrade kit resolve this problem? How difficult is it to install the STK0056 unit? Is there a return policy if the new unit does not work?

is this a replacement control panel for tropical series T115B-A heat pump? current control panel is 2 knobs and 1 toggle switch. if this is not the correct part could you please let me know what I would need.

Good Morning Steve, Hope you are doing well. That older unit would be very difficult to retrofit with a digital panel as you would need to replace all the internal electronics in the machine with more than just this kit. You would need an ECS0001 fan relay, a STK0021 defrost sensor & also a 0015S water pressure switch kit along with the STK0178. Your model is most likely a T115B-A to which the factory does not have all the original parts to repair this machine. I would suggest a better course of action would be to work with INYO pools about pricing on a new heater. Thanks Robert Brown AquaCal Tech Support

I have a AquaCal HeatWave SuperQuiet Pool Heat Pump Heater: 110AHDSBTK the control panel is a old style 4 button black, I live in the tropics Caribbean and the panel is completely weather damage and needs replacement, I understand that it is no longer available, my question is, is there an upgrade kit for this model and if so ,what is the model or part name or part number so as to be able to order the upgraded version control panel if exist. thanks for your help will be waiting for replies.
