Good morning Allen, Just make sure the corners are round and not squared off and yes you can install it yourself. The only issue with this part is it is not in stock and is special ordered through the manufacturer so lead time is 2-3weeks.

Leisure Temp is an AquaCal product but I would recommend giving AquaCal a call, 727-823-5642, to confirm with them that the control panel you are looking at is the correct replacement for your heat pump.

How do I install the replacement display panel on my heat pump? It appears the whole front panel of my heat pump must be removed to get to the plug in.

Yes, the front panel on the heat pump needs to be removed and then the cover plate on the electrical panel needs to come off too. After that you can just plug in the connecting wire from the new panel and secure the wires. Probably less than 30 minutes for the whole thing.

I have a LeisureTemp pool heater model 120AHDSBTJ (LBP0133), serial number 1111911-D10, that is about 8 years old. The numbers on control panel (part # LBP0049) are basically gone and plastic over numbers has cracked. I need to replace control panel which looks to be pretty easy. Hello Samuel - The STA0062 is not the correct control panel for your AquaCal HeatWave. The correct control panel is part number STK0182. The flip down cover is part number XLSCS.

Hi, Emad. Based on your model number, you will need to replace just the Control Panel Assembly - STA0062. You will not need the upgrade kit unless you need to replace the Microprocessor also.

just installed the control board i bought form you part number is ECS0276 and works but the heating light on it does not work and heating is not working every thing else works as far as indication on the control panel . is that mean i need to by the microprocessor board added photo below i do not know the p/n ( note the status led light on the bottom of it is not on)

Good Afternoon, Hope you are doing well. If the heating light does not come after the unit has been running for five minutes, then you do have an issue with the control board. This will keep the compressor from starting and you will not be heating the pool. The part number you need is this ECS0287 Micro Processor (Formerly Part # ECP0005). Keep in mind that the status light on the board will only light up when the unit is in a defrost mode. Thanks, Robert Brown AquaCal Tech Support

My pump model # 135AHDSBTF s/n # 1186546-A16. My display board got stuck on FLO. I opened the electrical panel on the and noticed a lizard had been fried on the electrical board. I cleaned it but i think the short caused damage. After cleaning the lizard off the board, the display now reads the temp and im able to select Heat but the pump nor the fan will start and the heating indicator light wont come on. My question is do i need to buy the board and the display? or just the board?

I have an Aqua Cal model 120AHDEBNB Heat Pump, serial 1062860-K05. Some of the control panel buttons do not seem to function ie. I cannot select the "Spa" to set the temperature up. It seems to me that the front panel adhesive overlay containing the buttons needs replacement. Is there a part that will accomplish this?

Hi, I have the old panel above on my Tropical 115T The pool heats fine and everything works ok, but the readout is inaccurate and often flashes repeatedly between two temperatures. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks.

Good Morning Scott, Hope you are doing well. Different & inaccurate temps readings are most often caused by a faulty temp sensor. I would recommend the ECS0275 to repair the unit. INYO pools can provide pricing. Thanks Robert Brown AquaCal Tech Support

    I am ready to install the ECS0275 replacement temp sensor. It looks a straightforward job. I'm certain that the sensor to the pipe in this photo is the one that needs replaced. Can you confirm? Thanks.

      That is the correct pipe where you need to place the new sensor. You will leave the original in place & tap a hole above or below the coupling.

        Thanks Patrick. When I hooked the sensor up to the board and left it in the air for 10 minutes the temperature didn't settle on one number, but flashed between two or three. Leaving it just covered in a jar of water produced the same result. This was my original fault. So it appears there may be another fault? What would you advise?

          Hi James, sorry to hear that this didn't work. We spoke to AquaCal about your issue and they stated the following..."This may be an issue with a microprocessor board that the sensor attaches to inside the unit we would need a model number to get you the correct part." Could you get me the model #, model name and/or BTU's of your heat pump?

I have a Leisure Temp heatpump unit that has a failing display panel-- the LEDs are not displaying full numbers- only partial numbers. I believe that AquaCal is the manufacturer.
