1) how can I confirm that this is the correct control panel for my aquacal heater.
2) is the replacement panel easy to fit.

Hi David, You can contact AquaCal at 727.823.5642 with the serial and or model number or provide us with that info and we can confirm. The panel is fairly easy to install.

I recently purchased a house which has a Heatwave Aquacal 5302B heat pump. It presently doesn't work and was told it was purchased about 10 years ago and never used. A technician said it needs a new control panel. Are parts still available for this model?

Is this the original touch pad for Model SQ121 which was discontinued and replaced with part#STK0184, which costs less but appears to be a different size ans shape. So are we better off paying more for this discontinued replacement than trying to fit in the new, cheaper part?

We have a Aquacal model r410a. Rats chewed the cord on the control board. Is this the ccorrect replacement part?
Hi Darla, Hope you are doing well. The current kit number is the STK0184 and if you order this STA0019 you will receive the STK0184. The STK0184 (STA0019) works for the SQ156 & SQ121 heat pumps. R410A is the type of refrigerant used in the system. Thanks, Robert AquaCal Tech Support
