Does this product swing out of the way of the pool so that we can swim and then swival the solar cover back over the pool for use?

This reel does swing out from the center of the above ground pool and swings out of the way of the pool to allow for fun in the swimming pool.

What is the tube diameter of this solar reel? Do the straps to attach blanket to reel come with this item?

The tube diameter of this solar reel is 3 1/2" and the strap kit does come with the solar reel.

Is it possible to purchase just a strap kit, along with a new solar blanket?
