You can charge your battery at any time but do not allow the battery to discharge to 0% completely before recharging, as the app and the charger may not be able to detect the battery if it is completely dead. 

The charger will automatically recharge the battery to 100% capacity and then maintain it until the next use. The REMORA™ battery pack may be charged whenever a charge is needed or may be charged at any time to top off the battery power. Do not charge the battery with any other charger than the one that is provided or specified for this unit.

IMPORTANT: Do not operate your REMORA™ cleaner while it is connected into the charger.

NOTE: Due to the safety features in both your battery's BMS (Battery Management System), the Smart Switch™, and the NOCO® G2™ charger, an excess voltage error may occur during charging. The battery and charging system is safe, and the error does not indicate anything is damaged. The charger will go back to its regular charging cycle after some time. If it does not correct itself or you would like to restart the cycle manually, simply unplug the charger from the battery case, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If the Power-Sonic® app does not recognize your battery, recharge the battery and try again.

Note: Due to ongoing improvements, the manufacturer states that the product you receive may differ from what is pictured here.  The use of a non-approved lithium battery in the REMORA™ battery power pack voids all REMORA™ warranties.  The Remora is not a 110-volt device and cannot be operated by plugging into household power outlets (only battery charging can be done at 110 volts).  The REMORA™ POOL VACUUM cord, power plug, and battery pack cannot be used with standard HAMMER-HEAD® vacuum units that use a full-size motor. 1 year limited warranty.
