This says it’s a single gasket. Are two gaskets required? One for underneath the liner and one on top of the liner?

Hi Ryan, yes, one gasket should be between the liner and the skimmer body and one gasket should be between the liner and the faceplate.

Pros: Correct fit. Great Price.
Cons: None.
This gasket is required to be placed below plastic Aqua Genie Faceplate for not winter time conditions. If you use the winter time faceplate then I would reinspect the paper gasket to see if it needs replacement. This is my second gasket replacement in 6 years only because I removed a broken winter Aqua Genie Plastic Faceplate to replace it with a standard Aqua Genie Faceplate.

So glad Inyo Pools carries a complete line of replacement accessories needed when a vinyl liner is replaced; this faceplate gasket is a perfect example of one such accessory.
