Hi, Yes they are currently in stock. Last year we sold out very early on all of our above ground pool parts (i.e. May) and I would imagine the same will happen this year so the earlier you can purchase the better. Typically if you order before Noon EST then this would ship out the same day but as it gets busier into the heart of pool season then it can take 1-3 business days before it ships and it will be shipping from Florida by UPS.

Hi Mike, I believe Sea Spray was acquired by Wilbar some time ago. Sea Spray and Wilbar are now all under the same umbrella and the Sea Spray parts are manufactured by Wilbar.

Scroll through our pictures on this webpage to see the dimensions of the 19922 top rail, but remember that the above-ground pool parts are not universal.
