The picture of this valve looks to be a 2 way not a 3 way. Or does the third outlet come in from the bottom.

is this valve pvc or cpvc? what cement should be used to cement this valve to schedule 40 pvc?

Hi Nick, this valve is CPVC and you can use standard PVC cement or wet/ dry PVC glue.
